Position Overview

The Parts Warehouse Associate manages parts inventory and administrative functions, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Stock and process incoming orders.
• Assist in processing weekly stock orders.
• Notify relevant parties when special order parts arrive.
• Act as backup for inventory management.
• Update electronic parts files.
• Provide information for warranty processing.
• Review and dispose of excess stock.
• Coordinate returns and credits for parts.
• Match purchase orders and invoices, and forward to accounting.
• Maintain parts area cleanliness and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle routine materials and tools.
• Physical ability to handle 20-pound objects.
• Preferred work experience.
• Willingness to complete forklift certification and operate as needed.
