Role DetailsLocation: This role is based 2 days per week out of our San Francisco, HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work.Compensation: The annual cash compensation range for this position is $131,000-$175,000 in addition to equity & benefits.The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum compensation. Factors including location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience will determine compensation.The Team & RoleThis is a “founding” role for Gem’s enterprise's go-to-market strategy and has significant visibility and growth potential. Enterprise is Gem’s biggest opportunity, and we’re looking for a marketing leader to build and run the programs that drive pipeline with our most important customers.As the first dedicated marketer hired to focus solely on enterprise campaigns, the Senior Enterprise Marketing Campaign Manager will design and execute the playbook on how Gem wins in Enterprise. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, execute boldly, and measure impact through pipeline creation and acceleration.This role is for you if you’re passionate about account-based marketing, working in the trenches with AEs, constantly optimizing campaigns based on what\'s actually attracting interest and moving deals forward.
