Manage Back to the Roots' stock levels and records to ensure accurate inventory and efficient supply chain operations. This role is vital to minimizing costs from overstock or shortages and ensuring products are available to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Track and maintain inventory: On a monthly basis compare third-party warehouse and co-packer locations to reconcile them with the Company’s ERP system records and identify any discrepancies. Process receipts of raw and packaging materials received by the third-party warehouse and co-packer locations in the Company’s ERP system. Process production runs executed at the Company’s third-party co-packers. Cycle Count Program: create, schedule and oversee cycle counts at 3PLs and co-packers. Reconcile discrepancies. Physical inventory counts: support quarterly and annual audits with 3PLs and finance. Lot code tracking: maintain traceability across warehouses. Analyze inventory data: Monitor inventory levels and analyze data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and optimize stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages. Coordinate with other teams: Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure inventory is available for production and sales activities. Develop procedures: Assist in creating and implementing inventory control policies and procedures to improve efficiency and minimize shrinkage or loss. Set-up and revise BOM’s in the Company’s ERP system for use in production runs. Set-up new materials and finished goods into the Company’s ERP system. Requirements Skills and qualifications

Education and experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field like Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is preferred. Relevant experience in inventory, warehousing, or retail is essential. Technical skills: Proficiency with inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is crucial for managing data and generating reports. Analytical and organizational skills: The role requires excellent attention to detail, mathematical accuracy, and strong organizational skills to track hundreds or thousands of products. Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication is needed for collaboration with other departments and vender.
