Develop and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes. Utilize Yardi software for data retrieval and financial analysis. Create, manage, and optimize dashboards for tracking project performance and key business metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful execution of business strategies. Lead the design and implementation of new business processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating relevant ideas into company operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst Proficiency in Yardi, Power BI and/or SQL software is preferred Proven experience in financial modeling and dashboard management Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of current industry trends and advancements Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to business challenges Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
