Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and assess ongoing projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
• Utilize Yardi software for data retrieval and financial analysis.
• Create, manage, and optimize dashboards for tracking project performance and key business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful execution of business strategies.
• Lead the design and implementation of new business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating relevant ideas into company operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Yardi, Power BI and/or SQL software is preferred
• Proven experience in financial modeling and dashboard management
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of current industry trends and advancements
• Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to business challenges
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
