Talent Acquisition Coordinator . In this pivotal role, you will support recruitment efforts by coordinating the hiring process for new talent, from scheduling interviews to facilitating engaging onboarding experiences for new hires.

- Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site (San Ysidro, CA 92173) & 3 days remotely - Must be onsite entire 1st week for training Schedule

– Mondays (or onboarding days) 7:30am – 3:30pm , All other days (8am – 4:30pm) Contract Length

– 3 months temp to hire Pay Rate

- $25 - $32 per hour Key Responsibilities Coordinate all phases of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining candidate communication. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processes are followed. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and project initiatives. Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain candidate records and support reporting tasks. Help foster an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and fulfill hiring needs efficiently. Track and report on key metrics related to recruitment activities. Requirements EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

3 years prior experience in a fast paced, talent acquisition, human resources or administrative healthcare support setting. Experience supporting licensed professionals (i.e. Physicians, Psychiatrists, APPs, Dentists and Psychologists)
