Are you someone who thrives on helping others and creating positive experiences? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and become the welcoming voice and support system for individuals navigating healthcare and disability-related services.
In this essential frontline role, you’ll assist customers with ADA Core Services, coordinate transportation, and provide administrative support—all while making a real difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Assist customers in applying for ADA Core Services and other disability-related programs.
Coordinate non-emergent transportation and paratransit services using our systems.
Perform clerical tasks including data entry, ID processing, and reception coverage.
Maintain accurate records, schedule appointments, and support special projects.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.
Manage office supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors as needed.
What You Bring
A passion for customer service and helping others.
Experience in a call center or customer support environment.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with ADA services is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
