*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Traveler Dentist specializing in Oral Surgery to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care while demonstrating proficiency in various dental procedures. This role requires expertise in general dentistry, as well as specialized skills in areas such as pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of dental health and patient satisfaction.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Conduct routine examinations, cleanings, and preventive care for patients of all ages.
* Execute a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and medical imaging.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Utilize dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix for patient management and record keeping.
* Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient flow and care delivery.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies to promote long-term dental health.

*Qualifications*

* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Endodontic Specialist
* Valid state dental license with no disciplinary actions or restrictions.
* Proficiency in dental terminology and medical documentation practices.
* Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental procedures and treatments.
* Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques is advantageous.
* Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
