Fabrication Welders
to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform welding and fabrication operations essential to the production of heavy equipment and machinery. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, a safety-first mindset, and hands-on fabrication skills are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform fabrication operations such as loading/unloading parts, grinding, scraping, and preparing fabrications Operate fabrication fixtures, press brakes, and related equipment Perform semi-automatic GMAW (MIG), TIG, and Shielded Metal Arc welding Apply problem-solving tools and techniques to eliminate defects Operate grinders, bending presses, lasers, welding machines, and hand tools Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of fabrication, welding, or related experience Ability to pass a weld test Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and rotating shifts as required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, standing for extended periods) Preferred Qualifications Welding certification or degree in welding technology 5+ years of fabrication or welding experience Experience in heavy equipment manufacturing Key Skills & Competencies Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes Ability to interpret schematics and fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and quality standards Effective communication and problem-solving skills Flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Pay: $23.00/hour + $1.50 shift differential (2nd shift) Overtime opportunities available Long-term career growth potential with Employbridge Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off
