Dallas, TX We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead healthcare construction projects across the Dallas area for a leading General Contractor As a core member of our clients team, you'll drive the successful delivery of complex hospital and medical facility builds - from preconstruction through close-out - ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, procurement, and close-out. Manage daily operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with all codes, regulations, and infection-control standards. Partner with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners to deliver on-time and within budget. Lead, mentor, and support project engineers, superintendents, and field staff. Monitor project financials: cost reporting, forecasting, billing, and change order management. Maintain rigorous safety standards and enforce company policies on active healthcare job sites. Proactively identify risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders. Qualifications 5-10+ years' experience in commercial construction with a focus on healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, medical offices). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar healthcare projects. Strong knowledge of healthcare codes, regulatory requirements, and infection control procedures. Skilled in project management software (e.g., CMiC, Prolog, Primavera P6, Procore, etc.).
