full-time, long-term roles
supporting high-efficiency production with a company known for safety, innovation, and strong team culture. As a
Maintenance Team Lead , you'll guide and mentor technicians while driving efficiency and uptime across production lines. Key Responsibilities: Lead and train maintenance technicians in preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and repairs Partner with production to maximize uptime and efficiency Ensure safety compliance through Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and hazard correction Collect breakdown data and oversee documentation of repairs Manage changeovers, parts ordering, and maintenance materials organization Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Oversee boiler monitoring, chemical treatment, and CMMS record keeping Qualifications: 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC programming a plus Associate's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field preferred Boiler operator certification, robotics experience, or electronics training is a plus Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-production environments Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance and Disability options Tool & PPE reimbursement (as applicable) Overtime opportunities Career advancement with a growing manufacturing leader
