The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated B2B marketing campaigns and corporate events. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with client services, creative, event production, and business development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership
Manage end-to-end delivery of B2B marketing campaigns, virtual and in-person events, and lead generation programs. Ensure alignment with client goals and internal performance metrics.
Client Engagement
Act as a client-facing contact when required, providing proactive updates and managing expectations. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams (account management, sales, creative, operations) to ensure seamless execution. Allocate resources effectively and manage cross-functional workflows.
Vendor & Partner Management
Coordinate with external vendors, venues, and tech partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Timeline & Budget Control
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and budgets. Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure financial accountability.
Campaign QA & Delivery
Oversee quality assurance across all campaign assets and event deliverables. Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Performance Reporting
Monitor campaign/event performance using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. Compile post-campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and delivery processes. Contribute to operational excellence across the agency.
Required Experience
3+ years of project management experience in a B2B marketing or events agency. Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns and lead generation programs. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet). Experience working with global teams across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, CAPM, or similar certification. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital campaign workflows.
