Overview

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting daily operations within the warehouse to ensure materials, products, and equipment are handled efficiently and accurately. This role involves receiving and processing incoming shipments, organizing inventory, preparing and fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The associate will work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines, contributing directly to the smooth operation of the company’s supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Unloading and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying product accuracy, and documenting records as required.
• Picking and packing orders, labeling, staging shipments, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, conducting cycle counts or inventory audits, and assisting with general housekeeping to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Flexibility to support other warehouse or production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and basic computer literacy.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification or willingness to be trained is a plus.
• Reliability, teamwork, and strong organizational skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
