Help Desk Analyst

to join their team permanently. This role will be responsible for providing essential desktop support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting employees with IT-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in helpdesk operations, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both end-users and leadership. Key Responsibilities: Provide front-line support for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues with desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other technology devices. Perform system diagnostics, software installations, and hardware upgrades, and provide technical assistance on various IT platforms. Assist in performance analysis and proactively identify areas for improvement in system performance. Ensure smooth operation of technology systems and respond to help desk tickets and requests on time. Offer technical guidance and training to end-users to improve productivity and reduce future IT-related issues. Collaborate with leadership and other teams to support IT infrastructure needs, including network devices and security systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: Two or more years of experience

in a helpdesk role or similar technical support position. Comprehensive

knowledge of desktop support

and troubleshooting. Proven skills in

performance analysis

and problem resolution. In-depth understanding of various technology devices, including

computers, laptops, printers, and copiers Strong communication skills for

training, assisting end-users , and collaborating with

leadership Knowledge of key technologies such as

O365, Azure AD, Firewall Technologies , and

Windows Server Operating Systems Associate's degree

or equivalent in

computer science

or related field. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Experience with

VPN clients

MFA technologies , and

IT Ticketing Systems Familiarity with

Windows Active Directory

O365 , and

Azure Experience working with infrastructure equipment, such as

switches, firewalls , and

peripherals Exposure to

phone systems (VOIP)

video surveillance , and

door security systems Professional certifications

(e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified) are a plus. Knowledge of

CMMC

NIST security standards , and

certification processes
