What we’re looking for: First + foremost: An experienced Project Manager with excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to "herd tigers" A high-performer with 1 - 3 years of project management (or similar) experience, ideally in a digital marketing or web development agency A four-year degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or similar, is highly preferred Excellent organizational skills and comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities Experience with project management or CRM software platforms is great, but not required A strong communicator with the ability to manage client relationships and work with internal teams Collaborative and approachable, but firm on deadlines and deliverables Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar certifications are a plus Previous experience with website design + development processes or managing other digital marketing service fulfillment (SEO, PPC, etc.) is preferred Experience working with small businesses (especially contractors, roofers, HVAC, etc.) is a huge bonus Winning energy + can have fun under pressure Passionate about our Core Values: ?

What you'll be doing: Lead weekly internal stand-ups to track project & client deliverable progress and address blockers. Ensure all project documentation, assets, and deliverables are properly organized. Anticipate risks, proactively problem-solve, and escalate issues when needed. Support leadership in maintaining profitability by tracking hours, budgets, and scope. Foster clear, consistent communication between clients and internal teams. Create and maintain website project timelines, monitor website project quality assurance, and client communication/approvals. Coordinate with designers, developers, technicians, and copywriters to ensure smooth handoffs between website project sprints and recurring deliverables. Assist the Account Management team with the onboarding of new clients. Maintain Monday.com boards, ensuring deadlines and client priorities are met. Help allocate capacity across the SEO and PPC teams, balancing workload.

This is a position at a high performing, fast-paced digital marketing agency that values team culture and employee well-being. We believe in working hard and taking full ownership of our roles, and the ideal candidate for this position will feel strongly about those things as well.

The salary range is $50,000 - $60,000 annually and will depend on experience. This position is eligible for commission after 6 months of employment that will range between $10,000 - $15,000 annually, dependent on the number of projects managed in the course of a year and the cost of those projects.

We're in the office 3 days a week and have the option to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays, however new hires are required to be in the office 5 days a week (with their team) for the first month to ensure adequate support and a seamless integration.
