Position: HRIS Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay: 85-100K based on experience Temp to Hire Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

A growing organization is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with deep Workday expertise to join its People Technology team. This role will focus on system configuration, reporting, integrations, and data management to support both U.S. and global operations.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with HR, business leaders, and internal stakeholders to assess system needs and deliver effective Workday solutions Configure and maintain Core HCM and other modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Security Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency Lead or support HR technology initiatives, including module implementations, enhancements, and integration projects Manage user access, security roles, and business process workflows Develop reports and dashboards to meet business requirements Collaborate on technology roadmaps and support bi-annual Workday release testing Maintain system documentation and follow established change management protocols Serve as a steward of HR data, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to SOX compliance standards

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 2–5 years of HRIS experience, ideally with Workday as the primary platform Strong technical knowledge of Core HCM plus experience in one or more additional modules Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and translating business needs into technical requirements Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision
