HRIS ANALYST - UKG - Contract role

Collaborate closely with external consulting firms during UKG implementation and optimization projects, serving as the HR systems lead to ensure successful deployment and integration. Design and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track key HR metrics and organizational insights, enabling data-driven decisions across the employee lifecycle. Provide system support and training to HR users, developing clear documentation and job aids to promote platform adoption and user self-sufficiency. Support ongoing system upgrades, configuration changes, release testing, and process improvement initiatives to ensure a high-performing and compliant HRIS environment. Background That Fits 3-5+ years in an HRIS Analyst role using UKG Skilled in HRIS data integration, reporting, and system optimization. Adept at navigating multi-unit, complex organizational structures. Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
