Scheduling Manager

who has experience working for General Contractors with specific experience in

Commercial and Multifamily Construction projects valued at/above $85M+ Job Title: Scheduling Manager Project Types ($85M+): Commercial, Healthcare, Multifamily High Rise/Mixed-Use Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project schedules for various construction projects using industry-standard software like Primavera P6. Work with project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to define task sequencing, durations, dependencies, and milestones. Establish baseline schedules and manage updates to reflect actual progress, incorporating changes as they occur. Conduct critical path analysis to identify and manage the most time-sensitive tasks to prevent project delays. Integrate cost and resource loading into schedules to manage labor, equipment, and materials effectively.
