Personal/Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a high level executive. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Fully onsite in Aventura.
Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage executive calendars and set up meetings
Manage executive's personal matters.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Requirements and skills
Work experience as an Executive Assistant and personal assistance in financial services.
7+ years of experience
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
