Are you organized, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced, team-focused medical office? Looking for a role with real growth potential? To meet the needs of our growing practice, we’re looking for a friendly, fun-loving, and caring Front Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll interact with patients in person and over the phone, and collaborate with our internal team to ensure every patient receives outstanding care. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential, as we strive to earn our patients’ continued trust and referrals.

What You’ll Do Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families Welcome and prepare patients for their care journey Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals Manage patient records and support speech and audiology departments Handle multiple phone lines and ensure smooth office operations Communicate clearly with providers and staff to ensure continuity of care Perform insurance verification, prior authorizations, and other administrative duties

What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required) Experience with OMS and EHR systems, or ability to learn quickly Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude Join our well-established team—recognized as
