The Warehouse Worker is responsible for picking and packing products that are scheduled to be shipped out.

• You will work to verify orders as they come in and out of the facility.
• Load and Unload trucks and process them to the correct area for storage.
• In this Function You Will, pick, pack, and ship product.
• Verify product, product numbers, and quantity for order accuracy.
• Load and unload Trucks / Containers.
• Receive and process stock and materials.
• Stock the warehouse and rotate/replenish inventory.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime
• Ability to lift/carry up to 35lbs
• Ability to move material as needed (push/pull 35lbs)
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work in a variety of capacities/functions
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must live within 35 miles of Woodridge, IL

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Handheld / RF Scanner experience
• Forklift, Material Handling Equipment, or Powered Industrial Truck experience
• Related experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Additional Requirements

• Ability to understand English due to lack of Spanish speaking materials and trainers.
• This has been a safety concern in the past.
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Experience operating PIT or feeling comfortable with learning to operate a PIT.
