System One has partnered with a local company that is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for scheduling, communication, and front-desk coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors

  • Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records

  • Assist with preparing reports, memos, and correspondence

  • Order and track office supplies and inventory

  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks and project coordination

  • Help plan and execute meetings and small events

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
