System One has partnered with a local company that is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for scheduling, communication, and front-desk coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Maintain organized filing systems and office records
Assist with preparing reports, memos, and correspondence
Order and track office supplies and inventory
Support internal teams with administrative tasks and project coordination
Help plan and execute meetings and small events
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
