Maintenance Manager
to oversee operations across multiple facilities. This role offers the opportunity to build a proactive maintenance culture, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and develop a high-performing team. What You'll Do: Lead maintenance operations for multiple sites, with approximately 25% travel in the first year (reduced in year two). Implement and oversee robust preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Develop and mentor a skilled maintenance team, fostering cross-training and succession planning. Drive continuous improvement projects, utilizing Lean tools and best practices to enhance safety, efficiency, and cost control. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership to support production goals and long-term asset strategies. What We're Looking For: Proven leadership experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance planning and execution. Experience with team building, coaching, and process improvement methodologies. Ability to travel between sites (approx. 25% first year; reduced thereafter).
