We are seeking a reliable and professional
Medical Front Desk Support
team member to join our practice starting September through the end of December, with the potential for a long-term opportunity in 2026. This position is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient communication, and organized back-office support.
Key Responsibilities Greet and communicate with patients in person and over the phone
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage patient communications, mailings, and faxes
Maintain accurate reports and records
Provide general front desk and back office support as needed
Schedule Temporary assignment from
Mid-September - End of December
Preferred schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Interviews to be scheduled approximately
3 weeks from now
Requirements Bilingual in Spanish required
Previous medical office/front desk experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with scheduling systems and handling multiple tasks in a busy environment
Compensation Temporary role:
$19 - $22 per hour
(based on experience)
Long-term opportunity: If mutually interested, this role could transition into a
