JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY At Wild-Global, we are proud to design, develop and source consumer-driven products that meet our business partners’ needs and drive growth within the home improvement sector.We cut out the layers, delivering nothing but great service and high-quality products at the right price.To help us continue to expand our offerings and drive innovation, we are in search of a product manager to lead a cross-functional development team for their respective product lines.

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a strong background in consumer-packaged goods or DIY/home improvement products. This role is a unique hybrid of Product Management, Project Management, and Sourcing, requiring a hands-on leader who can drive product strategy, manage cross-functional timelines, and work directly with overseas factories & Wild Asia colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying white space and developing actionable product roadmaps with a track record of successful projects and product launches.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Management: Own the product lifecycle from concept through delivery for assigned categories. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and guide product development. Build and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with customer needs and business goals. Collaborate with internal teams and retail partners to define requirements, pricing, features, and packaging. Serve as the product expert and go-to person for internal stakeholders and customers.

Project Management Manage multiple product development timelines simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, logistics, and creative. Track and manage multiple projects’ milestones, potential issues, and dependencies. Ensure clear communication and accountability across all project contributors. Solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business

Sourcing & Supplier Management Partner with overseas factories and Wild Asia colleagues to source and develop new products to meet retailer requirements Manage sampling and revisions, ensure products are produced and delivered on time for line reviews or launches. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality requirements with suppliers. Drive cost-saving initiatives without sacrificing product quality or customer value. Resolve production and logistics issues with urgency and creativity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience working in product management Consumer product background, ideally with major US retailers Experience with product development principles Proficient in Microsoft applications Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, etc. Familiarity with small-scale home improvement a plus but not required Knowledge of international freight and logistics a plus Up to 20% travel, international and domestic Attend trade shows to network with vendors and identify new suppliers
