Our client is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas to support their growing municipal water and wastewater engineering practice. This seller-doer role combines technical project delivery with client engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, design, and execution of municipal water, wastewater, and reuse projects Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and quality control Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance Build and maintain client relationships Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development
Qualifications: 8+ years in water/wastewater/reuse engineering with experience in Texas municipal infrastructure Strong communication, financial management, and team leadership skills Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required Texas-area municipal client relationships and active in local professional organizations
