Our client is seeking a licensed
Professional Engineer (P.E.)
in Colorado Springs to support their growing
municipal water and wastewater engineering practice. This
seller-doer role
combines technical project delivery with client engagement and business development
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead planning, design, and execution of municipal water, wastewater, and reuse projects Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and quality control Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance across projects Build and maintain client relationships at the municipal level Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development
Qualifications 5+ years in water/wastewater/reuse engineering with experience in municipal infrastructure Strong communication, financial management, and team leadership skills Established CO municipal client relationships and active participation in local professional organizations

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 DOE
