We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-growing renewable energy team focused on large-scale solar projects across the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful solar developments from planning through construction and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple solar projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and permitting, to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, vendors, utilities, and local authorities.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and share lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in solar, renewable energy, or related construction projects.
Proven track record of managing utility-scale or community solar projects.
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, civil and electrical construction practices, and permitting processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
