Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar/BESS projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, renewable energy, and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to drive projects from development through commissioning on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of Renewable Energy projects (1-10 MW) from pre-construction through final handover. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and safety. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, utilities, and permitting authorities. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards. Ensure all projects comply with environmental, permitting, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and deliver project status reports, forecasts, and financial updates to senior leadership. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability across all project teams.
Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in renewable energy, with at least 3 years focused on commercial/ small utility-scale solar. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and construction best practices. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency with project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar). PMP certification or equivalent preferred. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
