About the Role:

: Project Manager Location:
Charlotte, NC (5days Onsite) Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project/program management for Avaya Contact Center solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure successful delivery. Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Drive continuous improvement in project execution and customer satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in IT or telecom. Proven experience with Avaya Contact Center platforms (e.g., Avaya Aura, Avaya Elite, Avaya Experience Portal). Strong understanding of contact center operations and technologies. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Salary Range: T
he salary for this position is between $120,000- $135,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits:
