About the Role:

Job Title: Program Manager (UAT/Supply Chain) Job Description: Responsibilities: Pre-UAT Onboarding and Ground work Activities: Onboard to existing structured UAT processes Lead resource planning and deployment for UAT, collaborating with project teams and test leads to develop UAT approaches and support setup. Partner with Engineering UAT lead to confirm complimentary role boundaries. Escalate for resolution Become familiarized with test cases and scope of work Deliverables: UAT POR schedule, document resource expectations, cross-functional alignment for time Establish a dashboard for use during UAT updates

Lead User Acceptance Testing for Warehouse Project Activities: Develop, document, and manage UAT test plans, test scripts, and report on findings, ensuring adequate test coverage and independent script reviews. Ensure readiness of test environment and data, coordinating with stakeholders to track UAT requirements and progress. Manage UAT progress tracking, report status and issues to program stakeholders, and coordinate defect resolution and retesting, ensuring user approval of test results. Coordinating UAT with business teams, engineering teams, and Suppliers Creating the execution plans and risk mitigation strategies Validating that test scenarios align with business requirements Deliverables: Schedule and progress dashboard updates Coordinate meetings, closing issues, logging gaps, and documenting change requests Drive defect tracking and clear communications

UAT Wrap Up Activities: Transfer knowledge, deliverables, project records, and other relevant materials to Deliverables: Complete all documentation and open actions Prepare and transfer timebound deliverables Provide feedback in the form of a Best Practices and Recommendations summary

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Minimum 5 years, direct experience leading UATs in software implementations. SAP: Minimum 3–5 years, hands-on experience with SAP in operational or testing contexts. Excel: Minimum 3–5 years, advanced use for process mapping and reporting.

Location

: Redmond, WA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is between $154,000- $174,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
