Our Foam manufacturing facility located in Phoenix, AZ is currently hiring for Box Truck Driver

Essential Job Functions/Duties

• Safely operate box trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Efficiently load and unload cargo, ensuring safety and integrity of goods.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections, refuel, clean vehicles, and report any mechanical issues to maintenance staff.
• Immediately report any road incidents to the dispatcher or supervisor
• Maintain accurate logs of driving activity, cargo records, and compliance with electronic logging devices (ELD units)
• Ensure that goods are delivered on schedule to meet customer expectations
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions
• Other duties as assigned

Key Performance Indicators

• Adherence to safety guidelines and traffic laws
• Accuracy of cargo and log records
• Customer satisfaction and timeliness of deliveries

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience driving a box/pup truck
• Must have a valid medical examiner card
• Clean MVR report for the last 3 years
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Working Conditions

• Driving in various traffic and weather conditions
• Loading and unloading goods of varying sizes and weights
