by fully covering the cost of your New York real estate license and offering hands-on mentorship from top-producing brokers. What You'll Do:
Shadow top brokers
and learn how deals are sourced, structured, and closed
Manage broker calendars, client communications, and key deadlines
Prepare property presentations, listing packages, deal summaries, and market comps
Handle CRM data entry, client follow-ups, and document organization
Support open houses, property tours, and networking events
Research neighborhoods, new listings, and sales activity across NYC
Help coordinate marketing campaigns, email blasts, and digital outreach
Learn the ins and outs of NYC real estate - from contracts to negotiations
Build your own pipeline
as you get closer to transitioning into a broker role
Who You Are:

Polished, professional, and confident working directly with high-value clients

Comfortable juggling tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and learning quickly
Tech-savvy - strong with Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM platforms (Compass, REBNY, etc. a plus)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
1-2 years of professional experience (sales, admin, client services, or hospitality a plus)
Interest in becoming a licensed NYC real estate agent in the next 6-12 months
