This is a full-time, on-site leadership role that offers the rare opportunity to build a new market presence with the full backing of an established NYC firm. As Managing Broker, you will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor and grow the Chicago broker team, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients across office, retail, and investment sales. You will play a central role in driving revenue, expanding our portfolio, and establishing Okada & Company as a premier brand in the Chicago commercial real estate market. Key responsibilities include: •Conducting property and market research to identify high-value opportunities. •Managing and expanding client relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors. •Leading deal negotiations and ensuring all transactions meet legal and regulatory standards. •Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing brokerage team. •Acting as the public face of Okada & Company in the Chicago market. Qualifications •Proven success in commercial real estate transactions (leasing, acquisitions, dispositions). •Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing brokerage professionals. •Deep knowledge of Illinois real estate law and compliance requirements. •Licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois (Managing Broker designation required). •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
