Project Manager Northwest Indiana | Full-Time
As a
Project Manager , you’ll oversee projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are consistently met. You’ll serve as the primary client contact while coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff.
What You’ll Do Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Manage contracts, change orders, and cost controls Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and quality expectations Conduct site visits and oversee day-to-day project progress Build strong client relationships and provide regular updates Mentor and support project teams Oversee closeout activities and ensure smooth handover
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or restoration Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management software and construction documents Commitment to safety and quality Ability to travel to job sites across Northwest Indiana
