We're seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee operations at an 80-unit apartment complex in West Saint Paul, MN. In this role you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of property management, fostering strong tenant relationships, and ensuring the community remains a desirable and welcoming place to live. Position Title:
Property Manager Build and maintain strong rapport with tenants and prospective residents. Show and lease units, including reviewing and approving rental applications. Handle rent collection, process payments, and make bank deposits. Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and scheduling/coordination of turnovers. Prepare and manage regular reports, including weekly and monthly summaries. Collaborate with the property manager on resident transitions and operational improvements. Support administrative tasks related to leasing and property oversight. Support the apartment complex caretaker as needed with basic cleaning tasks such as vacuuming common areas, assisting with removal of snow/ice from sidewalks, etc. Requirements: 3+ years of property management experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-focused attitude. Detail-oriented with solid administrative and organizational abilities. Comfort with financial tasks such as rent management and reporting. Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Outlook, and general computer systems. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license preferred. Additional Information: Pay:
$25-28/hr. Schedule:
Mon - Thurs 8am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 3pm
Must be available to work the first and last day of each month to support move in/move out process.
