Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Promote and support our high-quality Red Wing brand through professional selling, building loyalty and long-lasting customer relationships. This involves promoting the Red Wing Shoe Company's Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), selling premium products, and providing excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Guide customers through RWSC's Ultimate Fit Experience
2. Recommend accessories and educate customers on their benefits
3. Generate industrial sales leads
4. Achieve and exceed sales goals
5. Maintain store presentation, signage, and cleanliness standards
6. Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning
7. Follow safety standards to ensure a healthy work environment
8. Support daily store operations

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Stay informed about RWSC's electronic communication tools
2. Uphold quality standards and company values
3. Perform additional duties as required
4. Adhere to RWSC policies
5. Build collaborative relationships with colleagues

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Results-oriented
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency with computers

• Profit and loss understanding

• Problem-solving skills
• Experience in retail footwear

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, overhead lifting, twisting, ladder climbing, standing for long periods
• Housekeeping tasks including cleaning and maintenance
