SwissWatchExpo has been recognized in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times as the premier online retailer of pre-owned luxury watches. We are currently hiring a highly motivated individual to join our e-commerce team as a
Sales Support Specialist
. This is a critical role, as most of our client interactions are inbound through emails and phone calls. The Sales Support Specialist will be our “first hand” on the phone and will act as a critical communication link between our clients and our sales team.
Responsibilities: Maintain a positive attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request Answer customer email inquiries when requested to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction Work cross-functionally with the Operations team and help out where necessary
Requirements: Must be a “people-person” with excellent customer service skills Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice Attention to detail is necessary, as well as the ability to multi-task and work efficiently Experience working in a professional environment Demonstrated ability to assist the Sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude and great team spirit Be strongly skilled in data entry and customer service including basic math and reporting skills

Salary starts in the range of $48,000 - $52,000 depending on experience, with an annual bonus opportunity.
