We are seeking a detail-oriented
Project Engineer
to join our growing team. The Project Engineer will play a critical role in supporting project management teams by coordinating documentation, assisting with scheduling, managing submittals/RFIs, and ensuring smooth project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project operations. Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Support scheduling, cost tracking, and project forecasting. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality control measures. Contribute to project closeout by compiling documentation and punch list management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 1–3+ years of experience in construction or project engineering (general contractor experience preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
