A real estate investment and management firm is seeking a
Property Manager
to take ownership of a
200,000 sq ft boutique office portfolio
in the Orlando market. The role covers multiple clients and assets, requiring a hands-on, detail-oriented manager who is comfortable working across building systems, tenant relations, and financials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations for a boutique portfolio of multi-tenant office buildings Prepare and manage operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting Lead property support staff including admin and engineering teams Build strong relationships with tenants, delivering high levels of service and retention Oversee vendor contracts and ensure compliance with building codes, policies, and client requirements Coordinate tenant improvements, buildouts, and capital projects
Qualifications
3–7+ years of office property management experience (Class A/B, boutique, or mixed-use) Independent experience preparing CAM reconciliations and budgets is essential Strong knowledge of office building systems (HVAC, elevators, life safety) Hands-on and proactive management style — able to “be in the weeds” when needed Experience managing multiple owners/clients preferred Strong financial and tenant relations skills
