This position presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with dynamic executives, communicate with the Board of Directors, and contribute to seamless operations.
Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations. Board Liaison:
Facilitate communication between the President and the Board of Directors; coordinate Board meetings, prepare agendas, and document key discussions. Meeting Coordination Organize and schedule internal and external meetings, including arranging travel, managing calendars, and preparing materials.
Report Preparation Compile and create detailed reports for executive leadership, including metrics, meeting notes, and summaries for Board presentations.
Operational Efficiency Uphold business standards by researching and implementing process improvements, leveraging modern tools, and supporting automation-focused initiatives to streamline productivity
Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of proven experience in executive-level administrative work, ideally supporting C-suite executives or Board members. Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms or workflow automation tools is a plus. Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with executives and stakeholders. Attention to Detail:
Adept in multitasking and prioritizing work on tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Professionalism:
Strong service mindset with a high degree of discretion and integrity.
