We are partnering with a leading General Contractor in South Florida seeking a
Project Manager
with a strong background in
multifamily mid-to-high rise construction
. This is a key role working with the PX overseeing a complex project from pre-construction through closeout

Position Highlights: Location:
Miami, FL
– local candidates only. This position is
not open to relocation
. Project Type: Multifamily, mid-to-high rise residential developments. Employer: Well-established GC with a strong pipeline of work across South Florida.
Responsibilities: Manage all phases of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives. Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications. Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications: Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a
Project Manager
in construction, with a focus on
multifamily mid-to-high rise projects
. Proven track record managing large scale projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and project controls. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar). Must be based in
South Florida (Miami area)
.
