Customer Care Advocate | LHH Recruitment Solutions – Las Vegas, NV LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Care Advocate to join their Las Vegas office on a contract basis through October, with a strong possibility of extension through December. If you have 6+ months of customer service or benefits administration experience and are passionate about helping others navigate benefits and claims, this role offers a supportive environment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. What You'll Do: Provide customer service via written, verbal, or face-to-face communication regarding Plan eligibility, benefits, and claims status Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned Plan(s) and apply policies effectively Document inquiries and update system notes accurately Administer retirement and health/welfare benefits, including managing mailers, forms, correspondence, and enrollments Distribute regulatory communications as required Initiate and follow up on Action Requests related to claims, retirement, and eligibility adjustments Research and resolve complex issues to support participants, beneficiaries, union locals, and providers Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring: High school diploma or GED 6+ months experience in customer service, benefits administration, or call center environment Bilingual in English/Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus Strong work ethic and collaborative team player mentality Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to interpret business materials, benefit plans, and regulations Proficient in MS Office and call center systems Experience with benefits claims, billing, or eligibility preferred Location:
