Benefits Coordinator

to join our client's team on a

temporary basis . This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support a dynamic HR department in the

entertainment industry , contributing to benefits administration, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Employee Benefits Support: Conduct benefits orientations for new hires and distribute informational materials. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, enrollment, and status changes. Assist in developing communication and education materials for benefits programs. HR Operations & Customer Service: Provide exceptional support through timely follow-ups and accurate information. Track leave requests and status for the U.S. employee population. Complete employment verifications and maintain benefit files. Collaborate with HR Assistants to plan and coordinate team events. Program Coordination & Data Management: Support wellness initiatives (e.g., flu shots, screenings). Assist with Open Enrollment communications and implementation. Create presentation materials and track benefits spend year-over-year. Monitor invoices and support benefits data analysis using Excel. Administrative Support: Manage calendars and phones for department leads. Coordinate travel, meetings, and team lunches. Handle expense reports and other administrative tasks. Maintain high-volume calendars and prioritize scheduling needs. Qualifications: 5+ years of administrative experience in HR or the entertainment industry. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
