Customer Service / Order Management Specialist

to support order processing, inventory coordination, and customer service. This role acts as the main liaison between customers, sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer orders, EDI bookings, and order accuracy Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics on scheduling and shipping Monitor inventory levels and availability Provide tracking updates and resolve customer issues Support reporting, quality claims, and special projects Qualifications: Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain support Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in order entry systems, EDI, and MS Office
