Robert Half is recruiting for our client, a retail property management company in the DTC, seeking an
Assistant Property Manager
to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in commercial property management who wants to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of retail properties Respond to tenant needs promptly and draft/distribute tenant correspondence Support preparation of annual budgets and reforecasts Manage financial transactions including A/R, A/P, rent collection, and vendor invoicing Perform CAM reconciliations and ensure compliance with Triple Net lease requirements Conduct property inspections, recommend maintenance, and coordinate vendor services Prepare and maintain tenant lease files, records, and certificates of insurance Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and manage building access Track and manage work orders through completion Assist with front desk management and general property support
Qualifications 2+ years of experience in
commercial property management Proficiency with
Yardi, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Chrome Some accounting/financial reporting background Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to shifting priorities Colorado Real Estate License preferred Team player, with willingness to take on expanded responsibilities over time
Compensation & Benefits Base salary:
$60,000–$65,000
depending on experience Annual bonus potential:
$3,000–$5,000 Comprehensive benefits, including medical (only $25/month for employees; company pays the rest), dental, vision, and more
