Construction Scheduler – Commercial & Infrastructure Projects
Seattle, WA | $120,000 – $145,000 + 15% Annual bonus + benefits
We’re representing two top general contractors in the Pacific Northwest that are actively seeking an experienced
Scheduler
to support large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects across Washington. These are career-building roles with industry-leading firms known for their employee ownership, strong benefits, and long-term growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do Develop, update, and maintain
construction schedules
from preconstruction through close-out Build and manage
baseline, resource-loaded, and cost-loaded schedules Partner with PMs, estimators, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure realistic timelines Monitor progress, analyze impacts, and recommend recovery strategies for critical path activities Support pursuit efforts with proposal and presentation schedules Conduct site walks, validate look-ahead schedules, and ensure alignment with project milestones Provide reporting and visuals (2D/4D schedules) to project teams and executives What We’re Looking For 5+ years of construction scheduling experience with a
general contractor
(federal, commercial, or infrastructure work) Strong proficiency in
Primavera P6
(required) Solid knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and project lifecycles Ability to read drawings/specs and perform quantity take-offs Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related (preferred but not required)
