Role Overview This is a senior leadership role for a strategic, people-first sales executive. As Director of Sales – Post-Sale, you’ll lead account management and customer success teams focused on retention, upsell, and long-term client growth. You’ll drive revenue performance, mentor high-performing teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate the customer experience. &

Key Responsibilities ???? Lead post-sale strategy across account management and customer success

???? Drive revenue growth, retention, and upsell opportunities

???? Mentor and develop high-performing, customer-facing teams

???? Own team KPIs, quota attainment, and performance tracking

???? Engage with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Ideal Candidate 10+ years in account management, sales, or related fields

3+ years in senior leadership roles

Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments

Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator

Experience managing KPIs and driving team performance

Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales engagement platforms

Compensation Benefits $300,000–$320,000 base salary
