Overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships.


• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintain/inventory check.


• Stay focused on safety while driving and delivering parts.


• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by meeting customers during deliveries and building long-term relationships.


• Maintain the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).


• Other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (eight feet) with stool or ladder when necessary, and stamina to stand and walk for a full shift and lift up to 60 lbs.


• Ability to handle cash transactions and appropriate returns processing.


• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups.


• Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and people.


• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.


• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.


• Flexibility with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Valid Driver’s License.
