NAPA Auto Parts is hiring: Store Delivery Driver in LaGrange

Overview

Join to apply for the Store Delivery Driver role at NAPA Auto Parts.

This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that involves being a NAPA brand ambassador, delivering parts to customers, and representing the company while on the road and at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers and develop relationships with them
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintain/check inventory
• Maintain safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
• Build long-term relationships with customers you deliver to
• Maintain the delivery truck with safety checklists, keep it clean, and perform basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Agility to bend to shelf levels and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with stool or ladder when necessary
• Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift and lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to handle cash transactions and returns
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries/pickups
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License
